Introduction to Small Shops

w.craft.g is a craft brand founded by Wing, specialising in lightweight modelling clay. Its signature smiling bread designs grew from a cherished childhood memory.

As a child, Wing was often unwell. After each appointment with the doctor in Mong Kok, her mother would take her by the hand to a nearby bakery and buy her a freshly baked sesame bun. “Have your bun before taking your medicine. Get well soon,” she would say gently. The bun was simple, but her mother’s care has stayed with Wing ever since.

As an adult, Wing transformed this memory into her “Laugh Haha Bread” collection. Inspired by Hong Kong–style breads, Cha Chaan Teng dishes and street food, her handmade pieces include keyrings, jewellery, photo frames and magnets, all crafted from lightweight modelling clay. Each item is made entirely by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

w.craft.g also runs themed clay workshops—such as jewellery-making, Hong Kong street‑food photo frames and clay bread magnets—where participants mould, shape and decorate their own creations to take home as keepsakes.
