Art of Mind Studio Limited is a versatile art training centre where creative art and emotional well-being are integrated. What truly sets it apart is the founder, Manyi Au, who is both a social worker and a designer. Thanks to this dual background, the studio does not just teach painting; it uses art as a pathway to self-discovery. 

After qualifying in social work, Manyi went on to study graphic design and soon found at a crossroads. In 2020, she took the leap — putting her savings into her first workspace, launching an artistic venture of her own. With a social worker’s empathy and a designer’s eye, she has grown the studio from a one-woman start-up into a professional team. Her goal is to challenge the belief that "I can’t paint" and help people reconnect with themselves through creativity. 

Two of the studio’s most popular workshops are Fluid Art and Alcohol Ink. Fluid Art lets paint flow and mingle across the canvas, expressing emotional release and the joy of surprises. Alcohol Ink harnesses gentle airflow to shape ink, creating delicate, translucent layers with a calm, meditative feel. Both processes encourage self-care through making. Beyond these workshops, the studio provides a full range of training—from beginner to advanced courses—alongside exhibitions. The studio also runs teacher‑training programmes to support individuals transition into art‑instructor careers.
